Abstract
Pemberdayaan dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat harus terus dilakukan, salah satunya adalah dengan memajukan sektor riil yaitu dengan memberi kesempatan seluasnya bagi masyarakat untuk membuka unit-unit usaha baik skala kecil maupun menengah yang Iebih dkenal dengan UKM. Peran UKM dalam perekonomian sangat panting, terutama untuk memperluas penyerapan tenaga kerja dan peningkatan distribudi pendapatan sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi kemiskinan.Kendala kebanyakan UKM adalah terletak pada kurangnya modal untuk memperluas usaha mereka. Untuk itulah diperlukan sekali peran BPRS dalam memeberikan pembiayaan kepada UKM. Kebanyakan UKM memiliki produktivitas yang rendah sehingga hal tersebut menjadi kendala bagi BPRS dalam menyalurkan dananya kepada UKM. Untuk itulah, penelitian ini dilakukan guna melihat peran pembiayaan BPRS terhadap peningkatan produktivitas UKM dengan menggunakan anlisis regresi Linier Sederhana dan Uji Beda. Analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa peran pembiayaan BPRS berbeda antara UKM yang memiliki karyawan dan yang tidak. --- The Social economic measurement and development must keep going of the activity is improving yhe real sector with giving the large opportunity for people to open the small or middle business units that is more popular with UKM. The role of UKM is very important in economic system, especially to enlarge the employees absorbing and the increasing of incoming distribution, therefore , it can decrease the proverty hopely. The problem of UK NI is mostly have low capital for support their business. That's wahy, the role of BPRS is needed in order to give the more capital for them. Most UKM have Iow productivity which make the difficulties for BPRS in case of distribute their fund to UKM. However, this research is done in addition to see how important the role of BPRS in facing the increase of UKM productivity. Using the simple Linier Regression and the different test. The Analysis result show that financing role of BPRS is different from the UKM which has employ and not.
